Banana Foster Pancakes
This is not a recipe for the faint of heart. This is a serious breakfast dessert. I recommend that this recipe be used strictly for brunch. Using this recipe frequently for a regular breakfast will become habit forming, causing high calorie intake and an increased sweet tooth. I am speaking from experience O_o.
What you will need:
Pancake Mix (manufactured) or Recipe of your choice ( I recommend buttermilk based pancake recipes, it just enhances the sweet taste of the banana foster concoction)
Two tbsp scoops or two sorbet scoop of vanilla bean ice cream (one scoop if you feeling guilty about eating dessert for breakfast)
One Ripe Banana
2 tbsp. of Butter
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp. of Rum
What to do:
1. Once all pancakes are finish cooking, stack as many as you want on a plate.
2. In a sauce pan add butter let melt.
3. Add bananas, saute them until tender.
4. Add brown sugar stir until well incorporated.

Double or triple recipe ingredients for servings of 4-6 people with approximately 3 pancakes per person.
